We had an early flight so we booked the lodge for it’s shut proximity to Auckland International Terminal – approximately 100 metres from reception to verify-in.

No competitors of comparable standard at airport so we felt room costs were priced accordingly. However, it was our decision to e-book the Novotel for it’s convenient location. The male employees at reception was unfriendly. No slippers, no shower mat, you can only stand on chilly slippery tile by barefoot. Fantastic location, super comfy beds and very friendly useful workers.
